I would like to devote myself
a time to write to you to compensate in some way the time
you have devoted to me. I can hardly find the words to
describe what you have succeeded in getting on me. Not
only you have changed me physically but also you have
influenced in the way I appreciate myself and in my self-esteem.
You can not imagine how my husband and I appreciate the
attention we have received. To be honest, at first we
were quite afraid of such a long trip and of going to
an unknown place, especially because we did not have many
friends who have done this type of tours. We changed our
minds totally once we got there and contacted you personally.
Everything else I have told you personally, I must tell
I am getting better every day. I send you the photographs
you have asked me of the post-operative. Love and kind

Dr Romero I am writing to
tell you that this has been a dreamed trip, I am not ashamed
in saying that because I have finally succeeded in looking
as I have always wished. As I returned to my country,
I have recommended you among my friends. It is true that
the amount of money I would have spent if I have had my
operation done here is much more but the result has been
the same or better. I would have loved to visit your country
because I did not do it, I thought it would not be possible.
I am planning to return there to accompany my sister and

Claudio, I am Lorraine from

what a pleasure has been for me to have you as surgeon.
You took the time to make me feel really comfortable (…)
I have chosen Argentina to have my operation done. I have
been told how I would be treated and about the later care.
You, sir, have been exceptional and kept your dedication
to the patient. You have kept me informed about what would
happen all the time, you also gave me your phone numbers
so I could reach you at any time, day and night, seven
days a week. That have impressed me very much, here, in
Canada is really different. As you know I have look into
everything related to my surgery and Argentina is the
best election I could have ever done.
In Canada this type of personal attention is unprecedented.
Cosmetic surgery is different. You are not a surgeon removing
an organ. You went beyond for me and I consider you a
gifted man. You help people who are trying to help themselves,
and you help those who are in state of emergency. In my
opinion, a plastic surgeon does not only do surgery, he
also works with minds and emotions.
It is usually a chosen surgery, and in most cases people
have many expectations. You have informed me about everything
I could expect me to happen after the surgery and that
is what is happening. It has been a month since the surgery
and I can honestly tell that I feel the difference; there
is a saying that goes: " When one looks good, one
feels well"
Claudio, you have done this for me and I am really grateful
I am anxious to look at my new appearance. Thanks for
your kindness and attention. I love your city. Buenos
Aires and I hope I can go on holidays there and who knows
another cut and fold somewhere. Claudio, you are a gifted
